Regarding international shipping, the designated courier varies by country as follows.
HANJIN Express : Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan

We offer world wide shipping, except for certain destinations restricted due to company policy or local regulations.
Currently, delivery is unavailable to the following destinations: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
Orders are shipped within 3-6 business days of the order date (based on Korea Standard Time, KST) after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier conditions.
We offer free international shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
DUTIES AND TAXES
For shipments to DAP (Delivered At Place) destinations, product prices on our website do not include import duties, VAT, or other local taxes. Any applicable duties and taxes must be paid directly by the customer to FEDEX, HANJIN Express or the local customs authority upon delivery.
We are unable to estimate the exact amount of customs duties or taxes in advance, as charges vary by country. For more accurate information, please contact your local customs office.
If an order is seized, abandoned, or disposed of by customs, the shipment cannot be recovered, and no refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

- Failure to provide required customs documents within a reasonable timeframe
- Refusal to pay applicable customs duties and taxes

In such cases, neither Atelier de LUMEN nor HANJIN, FEDEX can retrieve the shipment.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, including preferences related to color or size, are not accepted.
Exchanges and returns are accepted only in cases where the issue is attributable to Atelier de LUMEN, including the following:
- Receipt of an incorrect item
- Receipt of a defective item
In such cases, requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
All exchange and return request must be submitted and approved in advance through our Customer Service Team.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for proper service and may be refused upon arrival, returned to the original sender, or disposed of by custom.
If you would like to request an exchange or return due to a defective item or an incorrect delivery, please follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1. Submit Your Request
Please email us at info@atlm.kr with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Once received, Customer Service Team will review your request and advise whether an exchange or return is approved.
Step 2. Return Product Preparation
Once your exchange request has been approved, please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
During this process, we may collect necessary personal information required for pickup, such as your order address, email address, and contact number.
For repackaging, please use the original Atelier de LUMEN outer box if available. If the original box is no longer available, kindly place the item in a secure alternative box (do not use another brand's box).
All original components must be included in the return package, including the brand box, dust bag, and warranty card.
Step 3. Progress and Completion of Returns
Once the return request is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from HANJIN or FEDEX.
Please print and attach the HANJIN or FEDEX return label included in the email to your return parcel.
If you want to change your pick up schedule, you can change it directly via the link provided in the HANJIN or FEDEX email.
Please prepare the return box and the documents required for the return and deliver them to the delivery man by the scheduled pickup time.
Step 4. After Return Delivery

Once the returned item arrived at our warehouse, a replacement item will be dispatched promptly.
Please note that no customs duties or taxes will be charged on exchange items.

REFUNDS
Once the returned item arrived at our warehouse, it will under go an inspection process, which may take up to 2-5 business days from the date of arrival.
After the inspection is successfully completed, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at check out.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount appear in your account.
If the refund has not been received after the above timeframe, we kindly recommend contacting your payment provider such as your card issuer or bank.
TAX REFUND ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customs duties and other taxes incurred during customs clearance are non-refunded through Atelier de LUMEN.
In this case, please contact your local customs office or the relevant shipping company directly.
For approved exchanged, refund will not be issued.
Instead, a replacement item will be dispatched, and no additional customs duties will be charged on the newly shipped exchange item.
WARRANTY SERVICE

To ensure of purchase and provide full customer support - including product care, exchange, and repairs - we require that purchase be made through our official sales channels.
Products obtained through unofficial sources such as personal resellers, or secondhand platforms may not be eligible for verification or service support in accordance with our policy

WARRANTY PERIOD
The product warranty period refers to the period during which the manufacturer or seller guarantees free repair for defects in quality, performance, or functionality that occur under normal use.
(round-trip shipping costs are not included.)
The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase, which is verified based on the purchase receipt.
If the purchase date and delivery date differ, the delivery date shall apply.
Even within the warranty period, repair fees may be charged in the following cases:
- Damage caused by customer negligence, including but not limited to malfunction or damage to leather, stain, discoloration, or other exterior damage.
- Damage or contamination resulting from the use of organic chemical solvents, improper washing, or incorrect product care.
