By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this website or purchase any products from it.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time by posting updates to this page. Changes take effect when posted; for material changes we will provide reasonable notice on this website before they apply. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the Services.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All products are handcrafted leather goods, footwear and accessories designed by Atelier de LUMEN in Seoul, Korea. Due to the nature of natural leather, slight variations in grain, color and texture may occur between items and may differ from product images. These variations are not defects.

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons permitted by applicable law, including limitations on quantities, product unavailability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our store, including a valid shipping address, email address and phone number so that we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed.

4. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders are shipped internationally from Korea. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery. Atelier de LUMEN is not responsible for delays caused by customs, nor for parcels refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties.

5. EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Exchanges and returns are accepted only for items that are defective or incorrectly delivered, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery through our Customer Service Team. Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability.
