Care Service Policy

Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.

Free Repair: Defective items or flaws occurring under normal use within the warranty period.

Paid Repair: Items out of warranty or damaged due to usage

(e.g., torn handles, strap hooks, zipper/lock replacement, leather edge coating, etc.).

Note: Repairs may be unavailable depending on leather stain, discoloration, or discontinued parts.
