Membership Tiers & Rewards
Your membership tier is calculated based on your purchase history and upgrades instantly upon reaching the spending requirement. All points will expire if no new orders are placed within a consecutive 12-month period.
Point rewards vary by membership tier. Every 100 points holds a $1 value. Enjoy $1 in rewards for every 100 points you collect.
Benefits by membership tier are subject to change in the future according to internal policy.
Coupon Policy
Coupons: Automatically issued once you reach the tier.
Usage: One coupon per order. Expired coupons cannot be reissued.
Discount Caps:
- 5% Off: Max discount up to $15
- 10% Off: Max discount up to $30
- 15% Off: Max discount up to $50
- 20% Off: Max discount up to $70

Care Service Policy
Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.
Free Repair: Defective items or flaws occurring under normal use within the warranty period.
Paid Repair: Items out of warranty or damaged due to usage
(e.g., torn handles, strap hooks, zipper/lock replacement, leather edge coating, etc.).
Note: Repairs may be unavailable depending on leather stain, discoloration, or discontinued parts.
