Your membership tier is calculated based on your purchase history and upgrades instantly upon reaching the spending requirement.
Rewards are issued as store credit in USD and applied automatically at checkout — no codes or conversions needed. Each credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.
Benefits by membership tier are subject to change in the future according to internal policy.
Store Credit & Coupon Policy
Store credit: Earned instantly when your order is paid, and deducted automatically at checkout on your next purchase. Sign in to see your balance.
Refunds: Credit earned from a refunded order is reversed, and your tier is recalculated.
Coupons: Your tier code unlocks automatically when you reach the tier — apply it with one click in the cart, or enter it at checkout. Only valid for your own tier.
Usage: One discount code per order. Tier codes can be combined with store credit.

Care Service Policy
Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.
Free Repair: Defective items or flaws occurring under normal use within the warranty period.
Paid Repair: Items out of warranty or damaged due to usage
(e.g., torn handles, strap hooks, zipper/lock replacement, leather edge coating, etc.).
Note: Repairs may be unavailable depending on leather stain, discoloration, or discontinued parts.
