To ensure of purchase and provide full customer support - including product care, exchange, and repairs - we require that purchase be made through our official sales channels.
Products obtained through unofficial sources such as personal resellers, or secondhand platforms may not be eligible for verification or service support in accordance with our policy

WARRANTY PERIOD
The product warranty period refers to the period during which the manufacturer or seller guarantees free repair for defects in quality, performance, or functionality that occur under normal use.
(round-trip shipping costs are not included.)
The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase, which is verified based on the purchase receipt.
If the purchase date and delivery date differ, the delivery date shall apply.
Even within the warranty period, repair fees may be charged in the following cases:
Damage caused by customer negligence, including but not limited to malfunction or damage to leather, stain, discoloration, or other exterior damage.
Damage or contamination resulting from the use of organic chemical solvents, improper washing, or incorrect product care.
