Before payment: Go to My Account > Order Cancellation.
After payment: Go to My Account > Order Cancellation.
To modify an order, please reach out to us via Live Chat and we will assist you.
Once your payment is completed, confirmation is processed in real time and your order will be automatically confirmed.
Orders with no payment received within 1 hour will be automatically cancelled.
* Please ensure that the depositor name and amount match exactly as stated on your order form for automatic payment verification.
(If you have placed two separate orders, please make two separate payments accordingly.)
Unfortunately, payment methods cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
To use a different payment method, please cancel your existing order and place a new one.
Orders are dispatched by 4:00 PM KST on business days.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, depending on your courier's schedule.
* During periods of high demand, items that are temporarily out of stock may experience shipping delays. You will be notified separately if this applies to your order.
* For pre-order items, please refer to the product page or site banner for the estimated shipping date.
Please go to My Account > Exchange / Return and include the reason for your request.
1) Eligible within 7 days of delivery, provided the item and packaging are in original condition.
2) Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.
(Round-trip shipping fee: KRW 8,000. Additional charges may apply for Jeju Island and remote areas.)
3) For defective items, please attach photos when submitting your request.
All exchanges and returns are handled through our contracted courier. If you wish to use a different courier, please let us know when submitting your request.
* If using your own courier:
— Please send items with prepaid postage (except for defective items).
— Same-day courier services are not available.
* Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process depending on your card issuer.
* Any coupons or reward points used will be reinstated once your refund is complete.
All products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.
Damage caused by customer handling will be subject to a repair fee.
Repairs typically take approximately two weeks, excluding shipping time.
Round-trip shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for all repair requests.
